Scotty Cameron is company that specializes in custom putters. Don "Scotty" Cameron began selling putters in 1992. Sales were steady until 1993, when Bernhard Langer won the Masters Tournament while using his Scotty Cameron prototype putter. Langer earned himself a green jacket and Scotty Cameron earned boom in business from the publicity of Langer's victory. Later the next year Titleist contracted Scotty Cameron to produce their signature line of professional model putters. In 1996 the first of many "Scotty Cameron Putter Studio's" was established in San Diego. The studio is used to analyze and study the top PGA players and their putting strokes. Since they signed the contract with Titleist in 1994, Scotty Cameron has become one of the leading names in professional golf today.
